Margaret J. Lowery earned her Juris Doctorate in 1986 and her Masters in Health Care Administration from the University of North Carolina -Chapel Hill with honors in 2016. She has 30 years of legal experience with a unique perspective in having served as in-house counsel for a healthcare system and as an attorney in private practice. Her practice is focused on supporting the health care providers.
Ms. Lowery is active in her community serving as President of the Rotary Club of St Clair County West, a Professor at Lindenwood University in business and health care law. She served for more than a decade as a member of Fifth District Character & Fitness Committee and also she served for three years on the St. Paul's Senior Retirement Board of Directors. .
